✅ Student’s certified birth certificate,
✅ Immunization records,
✅ Proof of residence within the school district boundaries,
✅ The last report card or withdrawal form from the prior school district (if available),
✅ Your student’s Social Security Card (if available).

Grisham is a Project ADAM heart safe school. Our team responds during the first critical minutes after someone has a sudden cardiac arrest to increase survival with an AED and CPR
Adam was a 17 year old, happy athlete, who collapsed during a basketball game and suffered a sudden cardiac arrest in Wisconsin. When his family learned he could have been saved with the right preparation and equipment, they founded Project ADAM (Automated Defibrillators in Adam's Memory) to be given the best possible chance to survive. Grisham Middle School's Project ADAM team will do that!
