Teachers and students at Grisham have access to an interactive program called Nearpod. This presentation software allows for interactivity with the students. A teacher gives the class a code to join a slideshow. Then it is broadcast to their machines so the teacher controls the view that the students see. In addition to traditional slides, teachers may interject slides to answer a question via drawing an answer, selecting a multiple answer, or answering a poll. Teachers can also add slides for students to collaborate. Interactivity gives the teacher immediate feedback to see if the students are connecting with the information.
